Delivery Areas
We currently ship within Austria and to selected countries within the European Union.
Delivery Times
Orders are typically delivered within 7–21 business days after payment has been successfully processed.
Please note that we operate using a dropshipping model. This means your order is shipped directly from our suppliers, which may result in longer delivery times compared to standard retail stores.
Delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, shipping carriers, or customs processing.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during the checkout process before completing your order.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, provided that the shipping carrier offers tracking services.
Customs & Import Fees
For orders shipped from outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
